Allyson Kramer is a best-selling cookbook author, recipe developer and food photographer specializing in plant-based and gluten-free cuisine. She started blogging in 2009 - back before being diagnosed with celiac disease - to share vegan recipes.
These days she writes cookbooks, develops recipes for companies and publications, as well as styling and shooting food photography. Allyson's recipes have been featured in numerous publications, including The Huffington Post, Vegetarian Times, Bust Magazine, Easy Eats Magazine, All You Magazine, VegNews Magazine, and Glamour Magazine. Her cookbooks have received acclaim in the food community, including Vegetarian Times naming her debut cookbook "Great Gluten-Free Vegan Eats" as Top 5 cookbooks of 2012, and VegNews Magazine naming it a Top 10 of 2012.
Samantha was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2011 and started her blog, The Happy Coeliac (www.thehappycoeliac.com), as a way to document her adventures into gluten-free cooking and baking. Her passion for food grew and in 2012 she left her job to write about gluten-free living full-time. She published her first book, Gluten-free Baking at Christmas in 2012, and in 2013 was voted runner up in the Foods You Can People Choice Awards in the "Best Free From Food Blogger" category. In addition to her writing and blogging, she currently reviews gluten-free products for the iPhone app, Can I Eat It? She lives in the Netherlands with her partner and cat.
Medical doctor by day and amateur chef by night, Janet decided to adopt a whole foods vegan diet, without refined sugars or flours, after learning about the health and environmental benefits.

Anya Kassoff has always loved experimenting in the kitchen, and at her food blog at www.golubkakitchen.com she shares her love for healthy, delicious food. She is a freelance recipe and menu developer, food writer, stylist and photographer. Born and raised in Russia, Anya has been living in the United States since the late nineties.
